In the face of the technological singularity that artificial intelligence goes beyond human intelligence, it is necessary to detect and respond at an early stage to national crises as soon as they during times of uncertainty. Doing so requires collecting and analyzing unstructured and source data related to various natural disasters. In this seminar, we will explore the scientific management of disasters and crises based on intelligence information communication systems that are comprised of big data and IoT.
Discussion on the development and foundations of a natural disaster risk assessment and prediction model, which this seminar pursues, provides an effective and logical basis to development of solutions and systems that relevant area is advancing. This seminar aims to become a cornerstone of the era when national disaster risks are predicted and managed based on a large amount of intelligent information data and its algorithms.
