Deadline to submit abstracts: 5 February 2019

We welcome any topics that deal with public diplomacy, digital diplomacy, people-to-people diplomacy, propaganda, international communication and development communication. The topics that we are particularly interested in include:

  • Inter-Korean People-to-People Diplomacy
  • Social Learning Processes in Inter-Korean Relations
  • Inter-Korean Propaganda
  • Korean Government Scholarship Program as a Public Diplomacy Tool

We are also open to other topics that deal with various aspects of public diplomacy in Korea and beyond.

If you would like to participate in the conference, please send your abstracts (less than 300 words) by 5 February 2019 to editor [at] hufs.ac.kr (Dr. Kadir Jun Ayhan). Abstracts must 1) clearly articulate the authorsโ€™ analytical or theoretical framework, 2) specify the research aims and methodology, and 3) highlight the key findings of the paper.
